He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo White; his children, Joel A. White and Kelly Myers; his granddaughters, Alanna J. White and Hannah White; and his sisters, Judy A. Hickman and Patricia Dailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
