He is survived by: his wife Wanda Patrick; his children, LaDonna Simpkins (Randall), Joe Patrick (Michele) and Cindy Parmer; his grandchildren, Emma Frances Parmer, Lily Parmer and Jackson Parmer; and his siblings, Joe Poole (Cheryl) and Lisa Davis.
