He is survived by: his daughters, Amber and Ashley Nettles; his mother Doris Adams; and his siblings, Robert Nettles, David Nettles, Jack Adams, Scarlett Nettles, Tammy Nettles, Lisa Hurley and Jackie Moon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
