He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Ussery, Sr.; and his stepfather Steve Truax. He is survived by: his children, Josef Eugen Ussery (Jody), Georgia and Jesus; his mother Heide Ussery Truax; his brothers, Benjamin Ussery (Laura), Nathan Ussery and Sidney Ussery; his children, Kayla Burge (Brandon Pollard), Brandi Edmonds, Ashley Edmonds, Matthew Edmonds and Justin Edmonds; his granddaughter Selina Burge; and his aunts, Kay Price and Brenda Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
