He is survived by: his son Ronald Belcher (Kathy); his grandchildren, Mallory Belcher, Luke Belcher and Breanna Belcher; his siblings-in-law, Linda Thompson and Gregory Baxter; and his nieces, Sherry Early and Debbie Christian.
