He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hackworth; his children, Trina Allen (Johnny) and Todd Hackworth (Alisha); his granddaughter Whitney Crawford (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Bentley, Ryan, Greyson and David; his stepgranddaughters, Ambur Babcock and Brooke Davenport; and his brothers, Johnnie Hackworth and Ralph Hackworth.
