He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Jefferson Watts; and his grandmother Mae Hancock Watts (Jewell Watts). He is survived by: his children, Mary Jane McKinney, Debbie Greene, Harold Thomas Watts, Glenda Faye Callahan, Steven and Nathan Watts; and his sister Shirley Anne Watts. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
