He was predeceased by: his father Adair Chapman; and his son Tommy Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Burma Yelverton Chapman; his children, Forrest Chapman, Jr. (Mandy) and Cay Adams (Mike); his daughter-in-law Patricia Gail Chapman; his brother Arlin Chapman; his grandchildren, Lesley, Maggie, Brian, Julie, Tyler, Michele and Mallory; and his great grandchildren, MaCayla, Carter, Hudson, Annistyn and Adaline.
