Culver, Jr. (Jackie); his siblings, Rick Culver (Anne), Donnie Culver (Dottie), Ronnie Culver (Chris) and Jackie Taylor; his grandchildren, Ashley Filipp, Andrew Filipp, Collin Culver and Courtney Maddox (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Brody Maddox, Parker Maddox and Tinsley Maddox; and his pet Max Culver.
