He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Kinney and Ila Belle Vickers Kinney; his siblings, Wayne Kinney, Stanley Kinney and Nona Faye Boling; and his sister-in-law Shirley H. Kinney.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lee Kinney; his children, Lisa K. Malcom (Keith) and Darrell Lee Kinney; his grandchildren, Maghen Lindsay Malcom Hicks (Ryan) and Gregory Lanier Malcom; his great grandchild Declan B. Hicks; his siblings, Larry Kinney (Margie) and Tilmon Kinney (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Myra Kinney Mitchell and Jack Boling. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
