He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Charles and Alice Winifred Shelton (Thackerson); and his daughter Baby Angel Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Annette Shelton; his daughters, Wendy Southers (Mark) and Dana Ruff (Kevin); his grandchildren, Camryn Ruff, Carter Ruff and Shelby Southers; his siblings, Bud, Benny (Karen), Phillip Shelton (Jean), Peggy Shaver (Don) and Becky Combee (Jim); and his pet Fancy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children in Danny Shelton's honor.
