It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dan Jones (Hampton, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Jones; his former wife Helen Louise Stroud Janes; and his daughter Krystel Donnell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Blacksmith-Jones; his children, Dana Woods, Danny Jones and Barbie Barnes; and his sister Shirley Chappell. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid19 Virus and current restrictions in place by the State of Georgia and Spalding County the visitation and funeral will be limited to 10 people at a time during the visitation hours, and for the funeral service.
