He is survived by: his children, Timothy Atkinson of Fairfield, IA, Alex Atkinson (Meg) of Hampton, GA, Kippen Haynes (John) of Warsaw, VA and Eric Atkinson of Orlando, FL; and his pets, Tommy and Brocka. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; friends.
