He was predeceased by: his parents, Welch Pepples, Jr. and Charlie Mae Pepples; and his sister Nancy Biles. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Brack Pepples; his sons, William Welch Pepples, Jr. (Kathleen) and Andrew Miles Pepples (Chelsee); his grandchildren, Conrad, Liam, Ava, Anniston and Miles; and his siblings, Ann Wright and Richard Pepples. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
