She is survived by: her parent William Wilburn Hay; and her children, William E. Cook of Milner, James D. Cook (Janet) of McDonough and Marie Elliott (Sam) of Lyons, GA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
