He was predeceased by: his parents, Arley J. Lowe, Sr. and Vivian Ruth Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Jan Lowe; his son Jonathan Lowe (Paula); his grandchildren, Seth, Sam and Sydney; his daughter Devy Kleppinger (Ed); his grandchildren, Parker, Greyson, Cooper, Samuel and Caden; his daughter Courtney Joiner (Michael); his grandchildren, Wilson and Samantha; his brother Michael Lowe (Laurie); and his niece Nikki Brand (Jim).
