It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Myrtice Allen of Hampton, Georgia, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sr. Brooks and Laura Mae Brooks; her husband Richard Allen Sr.; her daughter Gloria Jean Allen (Brenda); her siblings, Henry Brooks, Jesse Alford, Willie Rogers Brooks, Mary Lois Brooks, Curlin Brooks and Irene Rayner; her great great grandchildren, Courtlyn Marie Christian, Caidyn Dale Christian and Ace Will Foster; and her siblings, Howard Brooks Jr. (Nettie), Betty Ann Warren (Leon), Lillie Ruth Reid and Frankie Lee Brooks (Sandra).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Jr., Camera Donk Allen (Shirley) and Shelia Rosene Hines; her grandchildren, Nikki Maria Foster (Willie), Vickie Marie Allen and Shamera April Allen; and her great grandchildren, Courtney Canesha Chhristian (Demetrius), Cortavious LaWill Foster and Justin Kendall Callwood. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
