She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Brown and Leon Brown; and her siblings, Gloria Chessman and Leon Brown, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Wilbur Lee Moody (Jonie), Tim Moody, Elaine Moody Wells, Nancy L. Moody Marlatt, Marcia K. Koester Moody (Sarah) and Sandee K. Jones (Kevin); and her friend Alan Cross. She is also survived by 25 grandkids; 35 great grandkids.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to The Harris County Humane Society in memory of Sandra Kay Yates.
