He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Robinson and Ella Carter Robinson; his wife Fannie Walker Robinson; his son-in-law Joseph Green; and his siblings, Frank, John Wesley, Arthur B, Leon, James, Eddie Mae, Pearl and Ellen.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Fannie Walker; his nieces and nephews, Lois and Wunda (Nay); his children, Lois Green, Sam Robinson Jr. and Wunda Copeland (Nay); his grandchildren, Michale (Carolyn), Steven, Keith (Sharon), Rhona (Reggie), Tiffany, Ginger, Tensley (Sherenthia) and Jonathan (Krystal); his great grandchildren, Breanna, Jasmine, Brandon, Michale, Brandi, Kaylen, Artasijia, Destiny, Braxton, Ty'Kerria, Taryn, Rhyan, Jaime, Kari, Tavarus and Ava; his great great grandchildren, Davin and Royal; his siblings, Sallie Billings, Ella Middlebrooks and Willie Robinson (Emma); and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Walker (Frances), Venora Person and Louise Walker. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Face coverings required and six feet social distance will be enforced.
