He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Molella Tobey and Rodney Nathanial Tobey of Ithaca, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Hinsley Tobey; his daughter Kristal Folds Nestor (Scott); his grandchildren, Braiden of Columbus, GA. and Lily Nestor of Columbus, GA.; his daughter Misty-Dawn Folds of Columbus, GA.; his sister Priscilla Tobey Middleman (Robert) of Vero Beach; and his nephews, Matthew and Evan Middleman.
