He is survived by: his children, Carolyn McMillan (Frank) of Quitman, GA, Eugene Lewis (Thelma) of Meigs, GA, Katrina Hatcher (Tommy) of Metcalf, GA and Angela Lewis of Hahira, GA; his brother Howell Lewis (Lynn) of Ochlocknee, GA; and his cousin Connie Godwin of Thomasville, GA.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
