He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelcey "K. E." Folsom and Gladys Sellers Folsom; and his daughter Marianne Folsom Register. He is survived by: his wife Paula N. Folsom of Hahira, Georgia; his son Thomas Mitchell "Mitch" Folsom, Jr. (Shea) of Ray City, Georgia; his grandsons, Thomas Hunter Folsom of Ray City, Georgia and Elijah "Eli" Mitchell Folsom of Ray City, Georgia; his children, Hunter, Eli and Cathy Hart of Ray City, Georgia; his granddaughter Aubrey Iris Register of Marshall, Illinois; his siblings, Gwen Strom (Tommy) of Lake Park, Georgia, Cindy Morris (Brian) of Fitzgerald, Georgia and Ron Folsom (Ann) of Dalton, Georgia; his pets, Max, Maggie and Sunshine; and also Ike Register. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
