He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Baker and Alva Richards Baker; and his daughter Janet. He is survived by: his wife Phylliss Baker; his sons, Tommy Baker (Sandy) and Jerry Baker (Tracey); his stepchildren, David Maynard, Michelle Lipscomb and Dianna Maynard; and his sister Mary Skeene. He is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
