He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Johnson (Jon) of Hershey, PA and Keri Hales of Punxsutawney, PA; his grandchildren, Jessica Vinton (Andrew) of Palmyra, PA, Aren Johnson (Katie) of Poolesville, MD, Ryne Johnson of Poolesville, MD, Liam Hales of Punxsutawney, PA and Laia Hales of Punxsutawney, PA; his great grandchild Lucille Vinton; his siblings, Shirley Keeton of Worthington, KY, Leon Jacobs (Jan) of Mounds View, MN, Leroy Jacobs (Nancy) of Lloyd, KY, Paul Jacobs (Barbara) of Bridgeport, OH, Freda Shackleford of Yorktown, VA and Doris Hall of Greenup, KY.; his aunt Ella Frances Gentry of Lakeland, FL.; his friends, Karen, Jason, Shelbi, Ethan Yawn, Emily Waller and Mae; and his caregiver Tannis Scott.
