He is survived by: his wife Robbie Nell Cowart Dumas of Hahira; his son Kirby Allen Dumas of Valdosta; his stepchildren, Ginger Fender of Hahira, Mary Evelyn Yawn of Quitman, Phyllis Cowart Lindsey of Moultrie, Rhudolph Charles, Jr., Peggie Cowart of Lakeland and Kenneth Cowart of Fitzgerald; his grandchild Bradley Dumas of Kristin Dumas; his great grandchildren, Ashley Wynn, Dillon Darling, Devin Darling, Allie Fiveash, Mikayla Simpson, Tristan Carter, Morgan Powell, Max Powell, Matthew Powell, Dusty Cowart, Willow Cowart, Branson Cowart, Preston Walden, Kayson Cowart, Anzleigh Reese, AllieAnna Cowart, Aubrey Cowart and Cole Cowart; and also, Robert Fender, Anita Fender, Valerie Fiveash, James L.
