It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Nichols of Hahira, Georgia, who passed away on January 21, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Clower Nichols and Betty Lou Webb Nichols; the mother of his children Betty Hanks Nichols; and his siblings, Franklin Nichols, Elmo Nichols, Howard Nichols (W. R. Nichols) and Lounele King.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kathy" Fountain Nichols; his son Wes; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Nichols; his daughter Tina of Hahira; his son-in-law David Bryan of Hahira; his grandchildren, Jacob Bryan of Hahira, Brandon Bryan of Hahira, Jonah Bryan of Hahira and Katie Nichols of Hahira; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Crawford of Millbrook, Alabama; his stepdaughter Becky; his son-in-law Jeffrey Jackson of Cottonwood, Alabama; his stepgrandchildren, Bryson Stubbs of Millbrook, Emma Crawford of Millbrook, Abbie, Josh Jones of Cottonwood, Peyton and Hunter Knight of Ashford, Alabama; his stepgreat-grandson Sawyer Knight of Ashford; his sister Betty Herring of Barney, Georgia; and his close friend Barry Fuller of Cecil, Georgia.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
