She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Spivey and Wynelle Spivey (Thigpen); her sister Peggy Roberts; her brother-in-law C. T. Roberts; and her nephew Carey Roberts.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis C. McCollum of Warner Robins; her daughter Cheryl Hughes (Wayne) of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Christy Gulledge (Brandon) of Adairsville and Eric Hughes (Amanda) of Ashburn; her great grandchildren, Luke, Sophia, Ella Gulledge, Caleb and Cohen Hughes; and her nephew Glenn Roberts (Jo Beth) of Macon.
