He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Dene Amerson Plair. He is survived by: his daughters, Janice (John Thursby), Wanda (Buddy Bumgarner) and Linda (Tom LeGrand); his grandchildren, Heather Sermons (Tyler), Heath Bayman, Jessica Mullis, Shannon Caton, Tony LeGrand and Danielle LeGrand; his great grandchildren, Knight Sermons, Creed Sermons and Ari Sermons; his siblings, Juanice Faircloth, Barbara Scott and James Ira; and his sister-in-law Marie Plair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
