He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Wilson and Frieda Youngblood Wilson; and his stepfather Fred Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jean Pendleton Wilson of Hahira; his sons, Jody (Mary Wilson) and Jay (Lori Wilson); his grandchildren, Joseph (Jamie Wilson), Jayson (Kati Wilson), Katie (Matt Smith), Cole Wilson, Taylor (Lauren Wilson) and Laura Wilson; and his sister-in-law Susan Pendleton Everett of Albany.
