He was predeceased by: his parents, Charter Hill and Mae Dell Hall Wilkinson; his brother Bobby McMillan; and his nephew Tim Garner. He is survived by: his wife Sally Wilkinson of Hahira; his daughter Emily; his son-in-law Justin Hydrick; his grandchildren, Maggie Mae Hydrick of Woodstock, Georgia and Bo Charter Hydrick of Woodstock, Georgia; his grandchildren-in-law, Shei Jackson, Jason Garner, Kevin, Buffy Garner, Mindy, Scott Moore, Jonathan and Malissa Garner; and his grandchildren, Ashli, Justin Rogers, Kathy and Bobby Adkins. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and one great great niece.
