He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Pace and Mary Nell Elrod Pace; his wife Latrelle Pace; and his children, Joseph Thomas Hurst and Teresa Lynn Gibbs.
He is survived by: his daughter Janice Clanton of Cecil; and his grandchildren, Regina Tetrault, Dusty Tetrault (Stephanie Maine), Melinda Hurst, Heather Hurst, Cheryl Gibbs and Amanda Houtch. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
