He was predeceased by: his father Guy Koonce Moore; and his grandparents, Cecil, Marie Moore, William and Rose Essling.
He is survived by: his mother Monica Essling Moore of Hahira; and his siblings, Raymond Moore of Jackson, Tennessee, Christina Holland of Nashville, Georgia, Cynthia Holt of Covington, Tennessee, Melanie Sanders of Hahira, David Moore of Enigma, Georgia, Rebecca Moore of Bartlett, Tennessee, Evelyn Moore of Hahira and Colleen Purvis (Jason Byrd) of Ray City, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and great nephews.
