He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scarbrough and Hattie Scarbrough; and his brother William R. Scarbrough. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Scarbrough; his children, Chad Scarbrough (Jessica) and Chastity Miller (Tripp); his grandchildren, Emily Corley, Madison Scarbrough, Logan Miller, Savanna Miller, Allie Miller, Joshua Scarbrough, Finnley Scarbrough, Ella Tumi, Samantha Tumi and John Tumi; and his sisters, Diane Spradley and Karen Hamrick (Ray).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Elam Baptist Church's children ministries.
