He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Williams and Margaret Finney Williams; and his sisters, Margaret Williams and Frances Lamar. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Pitts, Janet Williams and Robin Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
