He was predeceased by: his father James Allen Norman, Sr.; and his wife Nancy Eugenia McDade Norman. He is survived by: his brother James Allen "Jim" Norman, Jr. of Winchester, CA; his stepchildren, Derek Phillips (Susan) of Milledgeville and Rachel Jackson of Macon; his niece Tara Gilpin (Gary) of Macon; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Phillips, Macy Fletcher, Adam Brooks, Ethan Brooks and Rachel Brooks; and his stepgreat-grandson Weston Phillips.
