He was predeceased by: his parent Sylvester Guytian "Doc" Mullis. He is survived by: his parent Clarine Watson Mullis; his wife Sara Woodard Mullis of Haddock; and his sons, Ricky Mullis (Mary Ann) of Milledgeville, Roy Mullis of East Dublin and Jody Mullis of Milledgeville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
