She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chatfield Jones and Lila Mae Etheridge Jones; her husband William T. Whidby, Sr.; her son Billy Whidby (Marcia); her granddaughter Lisa Whidby Hargrove (Brian); her great grandchildren, Ethan Yopp and Katie Hargrove; and her siblings, Edward Jones, Jim Jones (Shirley) and Helen Edmonds. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Haddock Baptist Church.
