She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Woodard and Eliza Jane Justice Woodard; and her husband James H. Skelton. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bryant (Ira), Jerry Potter (Patsy) of Milledgeville and Cathy May (Neal) of LaGrange; and her grandsons, Joshua Spears (Jennifer), Justin Spears (Amber), John Spears (Amber), Troy Bryant and Eric Bryant (Ann). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Haddock Baptist Church, 180 Etheridge Road, Haddock, GA 31033.
