He was predeceased by: his parents, Lizzie Mae Davis Whidby and Lemuel Whidby. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Kitchens Whidby of Haddock; and his sons, Danny Whidby (Donna) and Mark Whidby (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
