He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Hall and Sarah Hall; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Hall; his son Woodrow Elton Hall Jr. (Tina); his grandchildren, Garrett and Kaitlyn; and his sisters, Cheryl Powell and Gail Botts. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and several great & great-great nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel (2460 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
