He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Howard and Evelyn Howard. He is survived by: his children, Christi March (Jonas) and Timothy Howard (Chelsea); his granddaughters, Mila and Ella March; his siblings, Bubba Howard (Janice), Chris Howard (Donna), Richard Howard (Judy), Angie Evans, Belinda Rainey (Howard) and Preston Howard (Audrey); and his close friend Lisa Howard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
