He was predeceased by: his father Charlie H. Collins; and his siblings, Floyd Collins, Christine Huggins and Robert L. Collins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Collins; his sons, Stephen R. Collins (Denise) and Rev. Richard T. Collins (Kendra); his grandchildren, Josh Collins (Morgan), Amy Engel (Andrew), Karlee Anderson (Zachary), Daniel Collins, Brett Collins and Jake Collins; his great grandchildren, Jace Collins, Lydia Anderson, Ben Anderson and Libby Jean Collins; his sister Jo Simmons; his sister-in-law Faye Collins; and his sons, Gary Simmons, Russ Collins, Chris Rahn and Dave Prosser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
