“Brother Roland was our pastor when we first moved to Effingham County in 1998. He showed such great pastoral care for his flock and made such an impression on our young married selves. We’ll never forget how we had only just met him and joined the church and had to be at the hospital for something early one morning & without ever being asked, he showed up at 5 AM to pray with us & sit with us. He was such a loving man.”
