She was predeceased by : her mother Katherine Hughey; her sister Melissa Landing; and her stepmother Cheryl Carter. She is survived by : her children, Brantley Emanuel, Stephen Emanuel, Jr. and Shayla Lariscy; her children-in-law, Jacob Lariscy and Leeanne Donlon; her father Ernest Carter, Jr.; her grandchildren, Addison Lariscy, Aiden Lariscy and Maicy Emanuel; and her siblings, Carisa Cross and BJ Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home (1979 GA-119, Guyton, GA 31312).
