She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Puzio and Catherine Hodges Puzio. She is survived by: her sons, Shelby C. Floyd and Shea C. Floyd; her grandchildren, Garrett James Floyd and Janie Hazel Floyd; and her siblings, Joe Puzio and Ann Jaudon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
