He was predeceased by: his father Herman Dee Owens; and his stepfather Glen Entreken. He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Lowery; his mother Rose Entreken of Molena, GA; his daughters, Amanda Bandy (Mark) of Rock Mount, GA and Tabitha Kippley (Nate) of Appleton, WI; his siblings, Rachel Dee Owens of Arcadia, FL and Carl Anthony Owens of Dayton, OH.; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Rhys, Teagan, Caleb and Kellen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
