He was predeceased by: his former wife Deborah Jean Chilen Roberts; and his mother Eleanor Payne Roberts Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Michelle Roberts Miller (Lance) of Guyton, GA and Tammy Roberts Amadee of Savannah, GA; his siblings, Edward Young Roberts, Jr. of Zwolle, LA and Wynona Roberts Burgstiner of Zwolle, LA; his grandsons, Spencer Moore of Garden City, GA and Hunter Roberts of Prairieville, LA; his great grandchildren, Braylynn Moore of Guyton, GA, Matthew Moore of Savannah, GA and Story Moore of Garden City, GA; his nephews, Tony Burgstiner of Zwolle, LA, Bill Burgstiner (Sebi) of Midway, GA and Eddie Roberts (Lori) of Guyton, GA; and his niece Lynn Roberts Hart of Guyton, GA.. He is also survived by Several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
