It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence David Wilson of Guyton, Georgia, who passed away on September 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvonso Junior McElveen "Mac" and Dora Thelma Morton McElveen; and his brother George Steven Wilson. He is survived by: his children, David Shayne Wilson, Chad Michael Wilson, Cortny Marie Wilson and Joseph David Wilson; his grandchildren, Kaybre Aaylah Wilson, Kobe Shayne Wilson, Cailyn Raine Wilson, Elizabeth Wilson and Olivia Wilson; his great grandchild Draiden Anthony Wilson; his sister Debra Jean Fail; and his brother-in-law Rev. Gene Fail. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
