Kem D. Dugger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2024, at the age of 69, Kem D. Dugger of Guyton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Kem may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kem touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Dugger and Helen Dugger; and his nephew Ricky "Buddy" Dugger. He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins Dugger; his daughters, Alicia Manross (David) and Sharon Wheaton (Bowie); his grandchildren, Colin Manross and Catelin Manross; and his siblings, Kathy Nunnally (Mike), Ricky Dugger and David Dugger.
