It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Usry of Guyton, Georgia, born in Laws Hill, Mississippi, who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jessie Fesmire and Ida May Fesmire; her husband Jerry G. Usry; her children, Danny Usry (Tammey) and Deborah L. Gibson (Thomas H.); her grandchildren, Sarah Morgan (Wes), Amy Szoka (Josh), Kristen Waite (Jason), Jeremy Usry and Branch Gibson; her great grandchildren, Elaina Morgan, Zacharias Morgan, Camille Szoka and Bensen Szoka; her sister Marcella Hoffman; and her brother-in-law Harold Usry.
